个人简历
朱斌，江苏南京人. 东南大学博士，清华大学博士后，香港科技大学研究助理，新加坡国立大学访问学者，现就职于js金沙优惠活动大厅申请、js金沙优惠活动大厅申请长三角研究院(嘉兴)，长聘副教授，特别研究员，博士生导师，北理工长三院数字经济创新研究中心嘉兴负责人，浙江秀洲实验室主任，嘉兴市科教文卫智库专家、金平湖数字创新应用实验室特聘专家.
以一作/通讯作者在FMS A类、中科院大类TOP类等杂志发表论文20余篇，谷歌学术论文被引3500余次，单篇被引700余次. 研究兴趣为大数据决策分析、智能决策与优化、神经管理学、数字经济治理等. 入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单，AI领域排名全球前1.2%，入选中国科协优秀中外青年交流计划，获得江苏省优秀博士论文. 担任30余种国际主流刊物审稿人，作为负责人主持国家自科、国家社科等国家级课题3项，获省部级奖励4项.
朱斌课题组在理论层面主攻大数据决策分析、智能决策与优化、神经管理学等前言科学问题，在应用层面基于秀洲实验室与地方政府共建城市级大数据平台，汇聚海量数据，依托超算中心面向数字社会治理与智能治理技术，打造“空天地一体化数字社会治理系统”. 诚挚欢迎对决策科学、运筹优化、大数据、人工智能、数字社会治理感兴趣的同学报考博士、硕士研究生.
