唐葆君,1972年11月生,江西泰和人,js金沙优惠活动大厅申请特聘教授,博士生导师,教育部CJ特聘教授(2021年)。现任js金沙优惠活动大厅申请副院长,能源与环境政策研究中心副主任,应用经济学一级学科博士点带头人。兼任中国煤炭学会碳减排工程管理专委会副主任、中国“双法”研究会能源经济分会副理事长、“能源经济与环境管理”北京重点实验室学术带头人、北京“经济社会可持续发展研究”哲学社科基地副主任等。长期从事绿色与低碳经济研究,先后主持国家自然科学基金重点项目、国家重点研发计划“科技冬奥”重点专项课题等科研任务30余项;发表论文100余篇,其中SCI/SSCI收录60余篇;出版专著9部;获一等奖在内的省部级奖项共8项;国家教育成果一等奖1项;授权专利17项;获软件著作权28项;作为主要完成人参与提交“实现碳达峰目标的对策和路径”等政策建议17份,其中多份得到中办、国办重视。曾入选教育部青年CJ学者(2018年),北京市第十三次党代会党代表(2022年),北京市优秀博士论文指导教师(2022年)。
