js金沙优惠活动大厅申请于1980年成立管理工程系。后为适应我国社会经济及高等教育发展的需要，1992年更名为管理学院，1998年更名为js金沙优惠活动大厅申请。
张祥
张祥，博士、教授、博士生导师。现任js金沙优惠活动大厅申请副院长，北京经济社会可持续发展研究基地副主任。主要从事新能源汽车、智能网联汽车、共享经济等领域的运作与供应链策略及理论研究，涉及建模、实证、大数据分析等方法创新。先后主持和负责3项国家自然科学基金项目（71872012、71372018、70972005）、北京市哲社基金重点项目（15JDJGA021）、教育部人文社科青年项目（08JC630007）等20多项科研项目。累计出版和发表论文（著作）60多篇（部），其中SCI/SSCI/EI检索30多篇。2009年获“全国优秀博士论文提名论文奖”，2011年入选北京市优秀人才培养资助计划、2012年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才，2017年入选国家清洁能源拔尖创新人才项目。
